About Your Trip

Launch for an afternoon of fish slaying aboard a 26' Mako with Captain Zach! Capt. Zach has lived in Destin his whole life and has been fishing these waters year-round since he was a kid!

Destin is known for its crazy close proximity to deep water, and where there deep water, there's giant fish! So for these afternoon trips, Capt. Zach likes rev his twin 150HP Yamaha's strapped to the back of the Malia Ann and quickly rip it out to the deep water. Once he's got you out there he likes to chill out, cruise around, and troll to attract the big fish Destin FL is known for. You never know what monsters will crawl up from the depths to whack your line at these depths, but don't be surprised if you hook into some Spanish or King Mackerel, Wahoo, Mahi, and/or much more!

On the day of your trip, you will meet up with Capt. Zach at the East Pass Marina where the Malia Ann sleeps, but don't worry, this 26' beauty is always loaded with all the gear you could possibly need, ready and rearing to take you out on the water for an epic saltwater adventure!

Thus, all you need to bring is your lunch, snacks, drinks, and sun protection, and Capt. Zach and his vessel will take care of the rest!

We have been deep sea fishing 6 or 7 times and by far this has been our best experience so far! Captain Zach and First Mate Jason with No Alibi had us on fish from the word go and we kept catching all day throughout our 12 hour trip!

We vet our guides to make sure they are the best of the best. We want guides who not only put you on 'em, but show you a great time, keep you safe, and give you a memorable experience with your group.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
