About Your Trip

Head out of beautiful Destin FL aboard an absolute War Rig in Captain lane's 42' Catamaran centerr console. This boat has quad 300 Yamahas strapped to the back, and can rip a slick 65 knots at top speed so you waste no time getting out to the fishing grounds. This boat is absolutely designed for offshore fishing.

After you load up all your gear and get settled in, Captain Lane will crank the symphony of engines toward the stern, and you will motor out anywhere from 15-30 miles offshore to do some trolling, reef fishing, and offshore structure deep dropping! For single-day trips you can expect to hook into the King and Spanish Mackerel, Triggerfish, Red/Scamp/Gag Grouper, Red/Mangrove/White Vermilion Snapper, Mahi Mahi, Amber Jack, Wahoo, and Blackfin Tuna, just to name a few, there are plenty more species the Gulf can offer up! Captain Lane will be there to load set up your fishing gear, your baits, and show you all the best techniques. Whether you'd like to work hands on with them jigging baits off the bottom / watching for birds and grass lines as you troll, or whether you'd like to lounger around the spacious center console with your friends and family and wait for the reel to start screaming, Captain Lane is more than happy to accommodate.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate you’ll be covered by our 100% weather guarantee and you won’t lose your deposit.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
