If you have never been to Destin, Florida before then you’re missing out! And if you’re looking for a knowledgeable charter captain to take you out, Captain Tyler is a great choice. Captain Tyler will help you target a variety of species including Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Jack Crevalle, Kingfish, and Sailfish.

Regardless of if you’re a beginner or a seasoned professional, Captain Tyler will lead the way! These trips are great for families, especially because Captain Tyler enjoys teaching the little ones the ropes.

You’ll be fishing aboard Captain Tyler’s 40' Infinity sportfisher, a purpose-built vessel that's awesome for a luxury trip! She's powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, so you'll be off the dock and on the fish in no time.

Captain Tyler will provide all rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Live bait is included in the price. The fishing license for the whole group is also included. Plus, the deck hand on board will fillet and package your fish, bait all your hooks, and overall make you feel comfortable on board the adventure! He works strictly of tips and the tip you give for the trip will go straight to him! Feel free to bring food and drinks of your choice as well as a cooler to bring home your day’s catch.

Captain Tyler is a local in the panhandle and has been fishing these waters for 25 years. His family has always been into fishing – he has grown up fishing inshore, chasing Reds, Trouts, and Flounder, and always fishing the Cobia migration during the springtime in the Gulf and Flounder gigging and dock light fishing in the summer with great success. He always had the dream of one day running a charter boat, but decided that he would begin as a deckhand and a mate to get some experience in the charter business. During this time, he was able to work on several boats in different states across the US. For the last 10 years he has learned a lot from the best fishermen in the business. After thousands of charters as a mate, Capt. Tyler decided to take the wheel himself, and is looking forward to welcoming you aboard!

We will be trying several methods of fishing but remember the longer trips mean more drinks and snacks!! We do have a bathroom aboard so don’t hesitate to bring yourselves some lunch to go! All gear is included except snacks, drinks and sunscreen.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate you’ll be covered by our 100% weather guarantee and you won’t lose your deposit.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
