If you need an introduction to what spearfishing is all about, this trip is not for you! Damien is a skilled and experienced spearfisherman who knows the waters of Biscayne Bay like the back of his hand and offers these trips to clientele that have destination reefs in mind that other charters might not offer.

On a typical spearfishing charter with Damien, you'll start your day at the marina, where you'll board his spacious and well-equipped 28' Bertram sportfisher. Once you've reached the first spot, Damien will anchor the boat and guide you as you enter the water. The clear waters of Biscayne Bay offer excellent visibility, allowing you to see the fish below. Damien will lead you to the best spots for catching a variety of fish, including Snappers, Hogfish, Barracuda, Lobsters, and many more!

As you dive, Damien will provide expert guidance and assistance, helping you best conserve your breath, "hide" from the fish underwater, and take accurate shots. He'll also be on the lookout for any potential hazards, such as underwater currents or sharks, and will provide instruction on how to safely navigate these obstacles.

After a few hours of spearfishing, you'll re-board the boat and head back to the marina with your catch! At the end of the day, Damien will help you clean and fillet your fish, so you can take them home to enjoy a fresh, delicious meal. Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
