Rapid Fire Guide Q & A

What’s the biggest fish you’ve caught?
Tarpon and Sharks!
If you were cooking for all your friends what would you cook?
Fish, depends on the catch of day. I have a recipe for every fish out there. I’m not too much on fried fish. So I bake or broil all my fish or smoke. But if I had a choice to impress my friends. I would cook a snook or a pompano. both are very delicious if cooked right. My families been doing it so long we have recipes for all of them.

A great pleasure going out fishing with Todd this morning. He put us on fish almost immediately, gave a couple of inexperienced fishermen some great tips, and kept us entertained with good conversation for the whole trip.
