About Your Trip

On this epic kayak-fishing trip, you'll be able to get up close and personal with a bunch of inshore sportfish, alongside your guide, Troy! Kayak fishing is an extremely fun way to hook a new personal best; kayaks are totally silent, barely disturb the water, and allow you to access the skinniest water down here in St. Augustine! In many places, boats cant even reach the areas you'll be fishing during low tide, so your target fish experience very little fishing pressure. Most of the time, you'll be sight casting directly to the fish to them, which is absolutely thrilling!

Troy specializes in fly fishing, but he's happy to set you up with spinning gear as well. No matter the technique, Troy knows how to "think like a fish" and will show you how to hook into some big ones.

Meet-up locations depend on the time of year, tides, weather, and where you're staying. Book a trip now and see all that St. Augustine has to offer!

His fly fishing prowess is hard to match, but it's not simply the skill of wielding a fly pole that has led to his success, it is his innate ability to think like a fish! His tremendous understanding of fish habits makes him not only an outstanding inshore guide but a terrific offshore guide as well. Captain Troy can truly do it all!

Best fishing day ever! We told Captain Troy we were serious about getting "keeper" fish to eat, and he did not disappoint. A full 12-hour trip into the Atlantic got us 46 delicious keepers (variety of snapper species, Jacks, Cobia, trigger fish, and more) with plenty of non-stop action, thanks ...Read More
