We’ll be trolling from 7 to 12 miles offshore for King Mackerel, still within sight of land for the most part. There is a large area of hard bottom that holds bait in this area, and that is what attracts the larger predator fish. Sometimes we have to cover a lot of ground before we find a good bite, but that is the advantage of my style of trolling, we keep moving until we find the fish.
