About Your Trip

There are plenty of great duck and goose hunting opportunities throughout the state of Texas, but Amarillo is in a class all by itself. Hosting a wide variety of duck and geese species, the area allows us the ability to hunt with beginners, as well as the most seasoned hunter. With our land leases, we have access to tens of thousands of acres allowing us to hand-select the best fields for each and every hunt. This process ensures we are hitting the right spots on the right days where large flocks of ducks and geese are feeding. Like our motto says, all you have to do is, “Show up and hunt” and our guides will do the rest. We currently have a maximum of 12 hunters per trip, but feel free to contact us if you have a larger party. Book Now! Limited spots in our Amarillo Texas location, our season runs November 1 through January 30 each year.

Every hunter has been there and done that. It is our duty to continue to keep our clients, team, and partners safe at all times. We will require that every hunter, experienced or not, have the proper licensing, required education (if applicable) and state/federal stamps. We do a basic safety overview and evaluation prior to each hunt, if you are new to hunting, don’t worry! We will ensure you are up to speed with safety prior to departure.

To hunt with us you will need to purchase a Texas hunting license as well as a federal duck stamp, a Sandhill crane stamp and a migratory bird stamp.

Client dogs are allowed, but dogs must be steady enough to shoot. If your dog breaks we will ask you to tether it and release them after the shot.

*We recommend a minimum of 2 days to maximize the experience.

Captain Vince

Outfitter
Vince and his team of 4 waterfowl whispering fanatics run a 5-star outfit based in the Amarillo Texas area. They have worked with local landowners to secure exclusive access to over 100,000 acres of premium hunting locations. After 15 years of hunting in these areas, their primary goal is to create an amazing, safe, and successful hunting experience for our guests.

With no other hunters able to access their locations they are able to ensure the land is never overhunted
or burned out. Prior to your hunt, the team diligently scouts the land tracts to ensure you are on the birds and getting bombed in an environmentally conscious process.

**Meet the team:**
Vince | Co-Owner: With over 40 years of hunting experience, Vince started hunting at 12 years old with his family and friends. Vince has fond memories of hunting as a child in the National Grasslands in Decatur Tx and on the water of Lake Fork. Over the next 41 years, Vince would hunt all over Texas and the central valley of California. Vince loves to hunt all waterfowl but specializes in duck hunting. For Vince, there is nothing better than watching ducks work over decoys as the sun rises and the world wakes up. Vince is a USMC Veteran and Law Enforcement Officer of 26 years.

Carson | Co-Owner: A South Carolina Native, Carson grew up hunting and has been guiding for the past 6 years throughout South Carolina and Texas. The original country boy, Carson is always busy with the outdoors hunting, fishing, and doing landscaping during the off-season. Carson’s passion is taking people to places they would never be able to hunt with preset decoys, setting calls, and watching the clients get bombed.

Dawson | Guide: My name is Dawson W. and I'm 24 years old I grew up in a small town in the upstate of South Carolina. Growing up I mainly hunted Whitetails but was introduced to waterfowl in high school, and I was hooked. Carson grew up right down the road from me and we ended up meeting through mutual friends. Once he started his outfit I was hooked from the start. I’m going on year 4 of guiding waterfowl hunts and I have absolutely loved it. I also do all of the videography work at the team and our groups which has been super fun capturing the good times we have out in Amarillo. In the offseason, I work construction in Charleston, South Carolina but you can usually find us out on the boat fishing and enjoying the Lowcountry.

Bill | Guide
My name is Bailey G. aka Bill I am twenty-two years old and from Aiken, South Carolina. My passion for waterfowl hunting started when I was nine years old in the swamps of South Carolina. After my first duck hunt, I was hooked. Once I got to high school, I really started to take waterfowl seriously. I was always eager to learn and become a better hunter. I would take trips to Arkansas with my Dad and his friends to hunt pit blinds in the rice fields. After high-school, I got to college and was lucky enough to meet Vince, Carson and the team, through a friend of mine at school. Once I finish my degree I will be working for my family’s construction company in the off-season and enjoying the Texas Panhandle and all it has to offer from October through January.

Jake | Guide
My name is Jake B, I am twenty years old and from Collierville, Tennessee. I started duck hunting when I was 6 years old tagging along with my dad in the rice fields and flooded green timber of Arkansas. I fell in love with it immediately, and it’s a huge part of my life now. I went from hunting out of a leased pit, working my way up to running public land and setting out huge snow goose and speckle-belly spreads. After high school me and a buddy took a trip out to Amarillo to hunt with Vince and Carson, and after seeing what hunting west Texas was like I was hooked. During the off-season, I work full-time for a home builder and developer back home, but when it gets cold you’ll find me out in Amarillo with the rest of the outfit.
