Climb aboard with Captain Kevin and get ready for an action-packed day of fishing in Corpus Christi, Texas!

If you don’t like waking up early in the morning, this trip is for you. You’ll head out on the water early-mid afternoon and fish until the sun starts to set (4-5 hours after you head out). The ride back to the dock is beautiful.

On your trip, you can expect to explore the South Texas coast anywhere from Copano Bay down to the Laguna Madre depending on fish trends, weather, and your personal preference.

To Kevin, fishing isn't just his job, it's his passion and his lifestyle. He likes all kinds of fishing and is willing to cater your afternoon to what you're looking for. You can chase big Trout, Redfish, and Flounder in the bay, or fish nearshore, when weather permits. Throw artificials, live bait, cut bait, or flyfish. You can even try out multiple different techniques and see which one works best for you.

Captain Kevin uses a 24’ Blazer Bay boat that accommodates up to 6 anglers. She features a wireless trolling motor, which won’t scare those easily spooked fish, a fishfinder, and a live bait well.

Make sure you bring a valid Texas fishing license, some snacks, and an ice chest for your day’s catch. Captain Kevin will provide the rest - rods, reels, lures, live bait, and bottled water to keep you hydrated.

Bring outdoor clothing , hat, sunscreen and any snacks you might want (ice water and cokes are included). If you want to fish with croaker there will be an additional small charge.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate you’ll be covered by our 100% weather guarantee and you won’t lose your deposit.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
