About Your Trip

Get offshore on this quick trip with Captain Roy! If you've been "feeling the bug" and need to get hooked up on some hard-fighting sportfish, this trip is your ticket. There's a huge variety of species to target here in the Western Gulf, including everything from Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, and Tuna to Amberjack and Black Grouper and more. No matter what you choose to chase, you'll have a blast on this offshore adventure.

On this trip,
you'll mix it up with a combination of trolling and bottomfishing, depending on the season and your fishing preferences. When fast, aggressive fish like Wahoo or Tuna hit that line, you'll feel it!

On this voyage, you'll go aboard a 33’ WorldCat powered by twin 600-horsepower Suzuki engines. The vessel is equipped with outriggers and a Live Bait Well, so you can spend hours trolling through the Gulf of Mexico. While you troll, you can bump tunes using the Multimedia system on board. Just sit back, relax, and wait for the sweet sound of a screaming reel!

All you need to bring on this trip is sun protection, appropriate clothing, snacks, a pair of polarized lenses, and a cooler with some beverages. Captain Roy will provide all the rods, reels, tackle, and bait needed for a great trip.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
Once you book the trip, we will connect you directly with the guide to go over any additional details. In the meantime, our team is always available to answer your questions via email, text, chat, or call!
