Captain Leon is a pro and loves to show clients all that the Crystal River area has to offer, especially it's tastiest eating fish: Groupers. You'll chase the fish from the deck of Captain Leon's 21' Carolina Skiff bay boat—the perfect vessel for fishing the inshore waters here in Crystal beach. She's powered by an ultra-reliable 115 HP Yamaha, so you'll be on the fish in no time, and she has all the additional electronics you could ask for, including GPS, FishFinder, Live Well, and Power Poles for superior boat handling. trip description for Flyfishing Homosassa in Homosassa

If drowning a shrimp or tossing lures doesn’t excite you nearly as much as the art of fly casting, Captain August has the trip for you down in Homosassa, FL. There is nothing more beautiful in all of the fishing than watching a perfect fly cast land a fly inches from an unsuspecting fish’s nose. Now throw in a perfect cast to a tailing Redfish or a daisy-chaining pod of Tarpon and you have an angling experience that will never be forgotten. Homosassa’s legendary maze of islands is home to some of the most sought-after game fish for fly fishermen. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Tripletail, Jack Crevalle, Mackerel, Bonita, and even Grouper are just a few of the species that are targeted while on a fly fishing trip with August and because all of these species call the waters off the Nature Coast home year-round, the possibility of tangling with each of these species can occur on any given day. Captain August welcomes you to bring your own gear if you'd like. But he can provide the whole setup for you as well! So no matter your skill level, all you need to bring with you are you're favorite snacks and drinks, and Captain August will show you what saltwater fly fishing is all about! Read More

trip description for Authentic Local Inshore Experience in St. Augustine

If your looking for local knowledge and insider secrets on what the hottest bite is around St. Augustine, you've come to the right place. Fishing the St. Augustine and Palm Coast area flats provides some of the best fishing in Northeast Florida. Whether you're fishing with live bait or sight fishing with artificials you will have a great time targeting many species like Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Flounder and many others. You will be fishing from Captain AJ's 18' Mako Flats powered by a 90hp Yamaha with a crazy shallow draft that allows him to get you up shallow where the fish like to hang out. The fish like this shallow water because predators are usually too big to mess with them. Thus you often find happy fish willing to whack your bait. Happy fish = Happy you! All ages and experience levels are welcome; Captain AJ is a pro when it comes to catering his trips to your experience level. Whether you’re kicking back to capture the scenery or reeling in your next big catch, Captain AJ puts in the extra effort to make sure you have an outstanding time out on the water. Beyond secret spots, helpful tips, and lots of laughs, Captain AJ supplies everything else could you need for a successful inshore adventure. He supplies all bait, tackle, gear, fishing license and ice water. All you need to bring is appropriate clothing for Florida's climate and polarized glasses. AJ also encourages you to bring any snacks and drinks you'd like to enjoy on the boat as well. Since Captain AJ aims to keep Florida beautiful, a percentage of the proceeds from each charter is donated to his non-profit company, Florida Republic. Florida Republic partners with conservation groups like Keepers of the Coast and Florida Wildlife Corridor to protect and preserve our Florida ecosystems. trip description for Ledges and Reef Run in Daytona Beach

Capt. Scott is a USCG licensed 100 Ton Master Captain and has been fishing and diving the waters out of Ponce Inlet for over 25 years. Capt. Scott has competed in numerous offshore fishing tournaments, winning the Inaugural Fish Stock tournament in 2003 (formally the Striker). My father and grandfather first took me fishing when I was 5 years old. Over the years I have developed a passion and appreciation for the ocean and all the wonders it has to offer. I have caught monster fish, swam with wild dolphins, turtles, sharks and majestic Manta Rays, but most importantly I have experiences and memories that will never be forgotten. Allow me to share my passion with you, your family and friends and help you create the memories that will last a life time. Captain Scott is the owner and operator. Captain Scott is a tournament-winning fisherman, who has been fishing these waters since 1989, and has his 100-ton USCG Captain’s License. Capt. Scott spends several days each week spear fishing, he can see firsthand where the fish are and what various bottom structures actually look like. He also maintains good relationships with other commercial fishermen and captains which provides an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and notes on recent fishing patterns. If you are serious about fishing or would like to introduce your family to a new experience, please give us a call. We look forward to helping you make the memories of a life time. I started fishing when I was 5 years old. In 1989 I moved to Central Florida to attend Stetson University, became a certified scuba diver, and have been diving and fishing out of Ponce Inlet ever since. Although I have landed plenty of monsters, I now find more enjoyment helping others experience the thrill of landing the fish of a lifetime. Read More

I set up a fishing trip with Captain Mike as part of my buddies bachelor party and could not have asked for a better experience. Capt. Mike was extremely professional and was an excellent guide. He personally reached out to me a few days before our scheduled departure to check in and see if I had any questions and give me more details. The morning of the trip Captain Mike had everything set up and waiting for us when we arrived to the dock. I was very impressed with how organized he was. The Captain wasted no time getting us on fish and the entire group started reeling them in one after the other. At the conclusion of the trip Captain Mike cleaned all of the fish we caught and bagged up the filets for us to take home. I would highly recommend Captain Mike to everyone. My buddies and I had a great time!
