Had a blast with Captain Andy. We limited out and he was very helpful and informative to two new waterfowl hunters.

The team was excellent and we had an hugely successful hunt. My husband and I booked this to celebrate our anniversary and although my husband has hunted a lot, this was my first time. The location we were taken to was great, the decoys and the blind were set up perfectly, and our guide (Jesse) was an EXCELLENT caller! NOTE: we were paired with two other hunters (which we were not expecting - and was not communicated beforehand) and although it worked out fine, just something to be aware of.

Loree F. with Blake E. of Bowie, Texas

Had a fantastic trip w Cpt Andy today. Very nice mixed bag of Pintail, Gadwall, Canvasback and Redhead. He busted it hard to make sure my Son and I had a successful and memorable hunt! Will be booking again!

Trey makes it extremely straightforward for you to get out there. Even on a self-guided trip the decoys are already set up, the blind is brushed, and the Trey is waiting at the ramp in the boat to take you to the blind and pick you up at the end of your hunt. Couldn’t be easier.

Attison B. with Trey C. of Port Aransas, Texas

Dave took my 8 year old son and I out and we had a great time! He did a good job putting us on some ducks despite less than ideal conditions and even less than ideal shooting by me! Already looking forward to getting back out with him later in the season. See you soon, Dave! -Joe D.

Joe D. with David R. of Baytown, Texas

  • ★★★★★
Outstanding hunt with a knowledgeable guide! I highly recommend Andy for your next Texas duck hunt!

Christopher M. with Andrew S. of College Station, Texas

  • ★★★★★
I HIGHLY recommend Captain Andy for his excellent guiding skills and can-do attitude. Unlike many other Guides, he works with a network of other spotters who watch for birds all across the state. He left his home at midnight and arrived at our shooting location at 1 AM to make sure other eager hunters wouldn't grab his spot. The result was an excellent hunt of mixed bag ducks, sprinkled with humor and education about wingspotting. Five stars is not enough for this Coast Guard certified gent.

Brooks B. with Andrew S. of College Station, Texas

  • ★★★★★
I had an absolutely great experience on this trip! Dave went to great lengths to prepare for the trip and make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He is a very experienced hunter and got me on a bunch of great shots. He’s got a great boat and access to a bunch of secluded spots. Despite hot weather during early season, we still bagged a few ducks and Dave cleaned them for me at the boat launch. Highly recommend!

Kevin S. with David R. of Baytown, Texas

  • ★★★★★
Great time out there with Chase. Conditions were tough on the last weekend of the season with the tides going out and the weather heating up and Chase worked hard to mix up our spots and get us some birds. He even stayed out a little late with us to give us some extra opportunities to shoot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to shoot some puddle ducks on the coast.

Attison B. with Chase O. of Rockport, Texas

  • ★★★★★
Brian did an amazing job. Hunt was smooth and had a great time. Will be back for sure!

Tyler V. with Brian P. of Aransas Pass, Texas

  • ★★★★★
Gus is friendly and knows his stuff. Shot a limit and even got a red fish out of the decoys

Steven L. with Gus M. of Laguna Vista, Texas

Just absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Terry and his crew knew exactly what to do! Highly recommend, and I will for sure be back!
